Azores

holiday with lots of interest. Superb whalewatching, birding, geology and wonderful food and wine are just some
of the highlights.

our days birding, botanising and enjoying the spectacular scenery of this most wonderful country.

Spain: Extremadura
Here's an opportunity to get involved first hand in important conservation work. During the holiday you'll be able to help mapping the nests
of Montagu's Harriers as you watch their spectacular mid-air prey passes and display flight. For the rest of the time you'll be birding
and botanising in this most beautiful part of Spain, still fresh in its spring excitement. As well as Harriers and Great and Little Bustards, we'd hope to see the iconic Spanish Imperial Eagle and much more.

Spain: Picos de Europa
The spectacular mountains of Picos de Europa in Northern Spain form a
wonderful backdrop to a botanical dreamland of unspoilt alpine meadows, deep
gorges and a wide variety of habitats. Flowers, butterflies, birds and
natural beauty abound in the peaceful setting of one of Europe's last true
wilderness areas.
